John M has a tree fall on his roof too

John, my very good friend at work, stopped by Friday and reported that he had a tree fall on his roof too.

The damage, he said, was estimated at $4000 but what was really amazing is that 50 people in his neighborhood had trees fall on their houses within a ten minute period. He is very outgoing and visited around the neighborhood which is how he discovered the ten minute window. There must have been a super-gust come through. You might remember that he lives near where David and Diane O used to live.

He understood why our place was so slow getting fixed because several houses in his neighborhood were cut in two by the falling tree.
